About Scalene

Scalene creates and empowers top-tier Web 3 operators. Scalene Academy is a Web 3 accreditation program offering mentorship and hands-on training to help candidates from university, tech and corporate backgrounds transition into Web 3 .

Over the course of the 3-month program which operates in a cohort-based format each quarter, we provide:

• open-source access to our educational materials
• guaranteed work experience placements at industry-leading teams for 6 weeks
• dedicated mentorship from both the Scalene and external team throughout

Upon completion, cohorts will have a solid foundation in Web 3 technologies and industry contacts, while placement partners will have access to a pool of talented and motivated graduates.

What you’ll be doing:

• Represent Scalene at different events both physically and virtually to nurture and develop leads.
• Gather marketing data and user feedback (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies, identify new growth channels, and optimize content.
• Analyze and improve SEO for the Scalene ecosystem website(s).
• Conducting competitor research and analysis to inform the marketing strategy.
• Work closely across the marketing and business development teams to share new ideas for growth and present data-driven results.

Unique tasks you may take on:

• Communicate and work with the top builders and founders in Web3.
• Market and grow the first-of-its-kind education platform with deep Web3 integrations to teach the next one billion builders in Web3.
• Experiment with AI tools to help generate unique marketing content/copy for marketing workflows.
